Easy Egg Biriyani recipe

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Soak Basmati rice in water for about 20 minutes .
  2. turn on medium flame and add oil and ghee , once heated , add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon ,star anice and biriyani leaf , then stir for 10 secs in pressure cooker.
  3. Add onion, green chilly & stir until turns light brown .
  4. Add ginger garlic paste,stir until raw smell goes off.
  5. Add Normal chilly powder, kashmiri chilly powder , coriander powder ,turmeric powder and pepper powder , then stir for 10 secs in low flame .
  6. Add tomato and stir until mashed
  7. Add mint and coriander leaves
  8. Now add boiled eggs and cover the lid (do not close the lid ) and cook for 20 secs in low flame .
  9. Add 3 cups of water ,salt to taste ,garam masala,crushed kasoori methi till water boils
  10. Drain the basmati rice and pressure cook till 2 whistles.
  11. Egg Biriyani ready to be served
